As an Agile Coach and Trainer, Jörgen has played a pivotal role in several large-scale agile transformations. He has successfully trained over 1,500 students in SAFe and various other Agile methodologies through both in-house and open courses. His success is driven by a strong goal focus, clear communication, and the ability to build and lead committed, high-performing teams.
